Celebrity Dream House

You are going to design a house for a celebrity.

Lots of celebrities have amazing houses built for them. Below are some examples. Click on the image to see a bigger view of the house.

The first thing you need to do is decide who your Celebrity will be. You are then going to explore the problem and create a Mind Map and a Design Criteria list. You will present all your information as a Folio, using the template linked lower on this page. Your teacher will explain how to do this.

A Design Specification is a big list of all the things the house must have. Example.

The house MUST:

1) Have two levels with a staircase near the front door

2) Four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.

3) etc

You need to do the following:

Download this House Design Folio template and save it as:

surname_firstname_House_Folio.

Explain who your chosen celebrity is and why they are famous. Complete the Celebrity Information section of your Folio, 

Open the Microsoft Store and Install Draw.io.

Create a Mind Map that shows all your ideas and thoughts about the House. Insert a JPEG or PNG file of this into your folio.

Complete the Design Specification section of your folio.
